The main character is Luke Elliot, ex mob hitman turned pizza shop owner.
Luke's love interest is Jessica Morrow, aka. Kimberly aka. Cheryl.
After Kimberly Stanton testifies against a mob boss, she is put in the witness protection program by the US Marshalls Service. She is relocated to Seattle, Washington as Jessica Morrow where she meets Luke. She thinks she's safe until mob thugs and the husband she killed show up. Luckily, Luke and the Marshalls are there to protect her.
There are few and minor editing errors and sentence structure is good.
Character development is thorough and in-depth.
There are adequate details but they're not over done.
The plot is complex with unexpected twist.
The writing style is simple and uncluttered.
The book's formatting is a major issue. Sentences don't fill the email page and page numbers and the author's name at each page have carried through from the original manuscript.
Minor cursing is infrequent.
There are many instances of characters moving to or visiting Seattle and then bumping into each other that stretches credibility. And then the solution to the Richard problem cemented that feeling. Overall I enjoyed the story.
